Refund Policy for Apex Luxury Car Rent
At APEX LUXURY CAR RENT, transparency and customer satisfaction are at the core of our services. As part of our standard rental agreement, a refundable security deposit is required at the time of vehicle handover.
This security deposit acts as a safeguard against:
Potential damages to the vehicle,
Outstanding traffic fines or violations,
Salik (toll) charges incurred during the rental period,
Fuel discrepancies or excess mileage,
Any other unexpected costs related to the rental.
Refund Process
Your security deposit will be refunded within 28 working days from the date the vehicle is returned, subject to the following conditions:
The vehicle is returned in good condition, without any new damage (excluding normal wear and tear).
No unpaid traffic fines, Salik charges, or parking violations remain during the rental period.
No excess mileage, fuel shortages, or additional rental charges apply.
All rental terms and conditions have been respected by the customer.
The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
If any deductions are required (e.g. fines reported after return), the customer will receive a full breakdown of the charges along with official documentation before the remaining deposit is refunded.
Important Notes
The processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway involved.
Refunds cannot be accelerated unless explicitly approved by our finance department.
Customers are encouraged to retain their rental agreement and return receipt for reference.
